My Hare is Fried Now What??

I left the beauty salon today after 12 hrs..okay maybe it was like only 4 hours but it felt almost like a job..
Since the begining of time I have fought with my hair, and it usually wins. It has been my nemisis. In my early 20's I started getting my hair highlighted. Highlights can be like a Drug. The very first time you get it highlighted it looks fabulous your thinking that you look like a movie star. The next time you get it highlighted it never looks the same, but you keep trying and trying to get that first high... it never happens.
I have known my hair stylist for more than a year. We are infact really good friends. Hair girl has been trying to dye my do for over a year pleading her case with my hair. My hair finally gave in about 4 months ago. My hair made her sign a contract stating that she will not fry my do or else she has to sell her first born child. The first two times she did my hair I was amazed... feeling that no one could tame my do, but she did. Today I went to the salon with high hopes that she would perform the same magic as she has previously managed, but No. Let's just say I walked out with part of my hair black...(I never had black hair) part of my hair is orange, part is white, and part of it is fried off...let's just say today was not a really good hair day...and my hair is giving me the silent treatment...

For most of this post I was wondering why you didn't put up a picture of the new do. Then I got to the last few sentences. I am soooo sorry.

Last week it was the first time in over 8 years that someone other than my wife did my hair. Boy did it feel awkward...

Do you need to me to send ya a hat??

Oh no!!

I dyed my own hair hot pink by accident once by trying to be a red-head, but I ran to the salon and they fixed it. Where do you run to when the salon is the one that messed it up?

You poor thing!

pleae tell me that you don't want her first born for yourself!!!

Fried huh? she's no longer your friend, right? that's just wrong....wrong I tell ya. Make her do it over for free.

and post a picture! ;)

Just telling it like it is said...

Micheal: I look terrible in hats...but I guess staying in my house for the next several years is not an option...

Andreanna: Pink hair I would take right about now...and at least you did it to yourself...she fried my hair up in a pan...

Simon: I want her to give her first born to someone other than me...cause besides having really bad hair right now...I still want my own family with Engineerguy at least he still loves me with burnt hair..

Super thanks for the support...

Beth: I would make her do my hair but really how do you fix fried hair...she will never touch my hair again...and I will post a pic when I can actually look at myself

Well isn't that nice...since you know your "hair girl" reads your blog....Don't worry you don't have to get your hair done by your "hair girl" anymore!
This hurts, you might want to realize that it might have something to do with what you are trying to do to your hair it is very difficult and very damaging. I did my best to make you happy sorry you are not!

We can get you one of those cut Mary Tyler Moore type hats that she tosses into the air...unless you want a girly cowboy hat...that might work ;-)

Yep hair girl you are right...my hair is too processed...but I never burnt my hair off when I did my own hair and it might not have been perfect tiger stripped in some areas...but it was never black and white/and falling out..like it is now..and I know that you tried to fix it but as I previously told you please please do not over process the processed parts...when you first do the roots...and I know if it was your hair you would be upset too!!!

Micheal: I definately like the cowgirl look...but I still look like crap in a hat... I never really thought about that...can I get a tap dance...I think I have been reading your blog too much!!!
