That sounds like a plan! Go for it, don't look back- and don't quit! That's all I got.. that and a few recipes for cheap, good food to sustain you...

I'm back in high school and i have already graduated three times.
Good for you! I am cheering for you in this new endeavor.
I have not told anyone yet, but I have been excepted into a school, and can use my teaching degree and use it to work as an assistant that would go towards my internship like I did in culinary school...but I would have to be away for six months...so it is a hard decision...
I say go for it...challenges are what keep me going...
Your are awesome, that nursing and brain of yours has done you wonderful things...why? Because my whole reason for posting stuff the way I do is to get others to dig for the reasons why, and you it the nail on the head with why red wine and chocolate are a good combination...and there is a chocolate wine...someone posted it, and I will get back to you on the post when I find it! That is why I get an A- on that post, I should have listed it! :)
