So, we talked shop a little bit paramedic to nurse and well he told me that their is this famous homeless guy that lives under a bridge here in the big D. Apparently they run on him all the time because he needs supplies for his colostomy stoma. (pictured here on the left).
Okay before I shock you I ahve to warm you this is about the grosses thing I have ever heard that is why I must torture you and tell you all. Ummm yeah so the guy has hep C and he makes his money by letting men have sex with his stoma...WTF? This was a complete shock to me...How does he find clients...and who gets an erection from a beefy red poop whole? I asked him how much did he charge? He said he didn't know but that they see him all the time so he must be doing it a lot! Gross factor about over a 10.
